We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment with our expert brow specialist, we kindly request that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of your deposit for achieving those flawless brows. Cancellations made on the day of your appointment will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service cost for our expert brow enhancements. This policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and offers appointment times to other clients who may be waiting. We truly appreciate your understanding and support.
